Bill Adamson
CEO and President, Board MemberBill earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in insurance from the University of Arizona. He has more than 45 years of experience in the (re)insurance industry. This includes more than 26 years at CNA where he was CEO of CNA Re, an international reinsurance business with offices in 8 countries.
Bill also assisted with the founding of LaSalle Re, a Bermuda catastrophe reinsurer as its interim Chairman, where he was involved with the initial capital raising and headed the underwriting committee until it was sold.
More recently, Bill was CEO for Carvill America, where he had responsibility for the U.S. and Bermuda broking operations and its analytical subsidiary ReAdvisory, supporting Carvill’s reputation for strong expertise and a long history in the specialty casualty business.
